Events & Public Meetings Calendar

The purpose of the Public Safety Committee is to gather information from the Fire, EMS services, and Police Department in the Borough.

The Finance and Pension Committee makes recommendations to the Council on the financial matters of the Borough.

Borough Council meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM.

The Codes and Zoning Committee makes recommendations to the Council regarding ordinances of the Borough.

The Events Committee is a committee of the Borough Council with the goal of planning community events for the Borough.

The Public Works Committee makes recommendations to the Council regarding the public works services of the Borough.

The Neighborhood and Economic Development Committee manages the growth & change of Steelton's economy.

The Stormwater Authority is a separate entity from Steelton Borough and manages the municipality's stormwater programs.

This subcommittee gathers information from the Fire and EMS services in the borough to present at the Public Safety Committee meetings.
